Shipping
Every Pawdrop order ships free across the United Kingdom, fully tracked and insured from our hands to your door. Most fountains arrive within 7 to 13 working days. We have chosen partners who match our standards over partners who match an algorithm — considered things are worth a small wait. You will receive tracking the moment your order leaves us, and short, useful updates along the way.
Where We Ship
United Kingdom mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands. International orders are not currently available, but our European launch is planned for late 2026.
Returns
If Pawdrop is not right for your home, you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. No questions, no awkward conversations. We would rather you be happy than simply keep a sale.
To return your order, email us at hello@thepawdrop.co.uk with your order number. We will send return instructions and a tracked label. Once we receive your fountain in resalable condition, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
What To Include
The fountain itself, both included filters (used or unused), the original UK power adapter, and the original packaging where possible. We are reasonable about ordinary use.
If Something Arrives Damaged
Tell us within 48 hours.
Email hello@thepawdrop.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately. We package each fountain carefully, but rare things happen — and when they do, we make them right.
